Description:
Lakeview Hot Tube models are gas fired wastewater evaporators. These industrial evaporators are designed to operate on natural gas or propane. Higher wastewater efficiencies can also be achieved by the exclusive XLT (extended length tube) evaporators that allow for higher evaporation rates within the same footprint.
Lakeview provides custom wastewater evaporation systems designed with the correct options to meet the requirements of your specific waste stream.
Lakeview Model E-100C HT is rated to evaporate up to 8-17 gallons (30-64 liters) per hour @ 100-225,000 BTU/hr.
LAKEVIEW EVAPORATORS -- STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS / FEATURES
Evaporator tank - 10 gauge, 316L stainless steel standard
Evaporator heat exchanger tube - polished, large diameter, 10 gauge, 316L stainless steel standard
Access lid and blower lid - stainless steel construction for all wetted parts
Evaporator tank insulation - all sides insulated, 2” foil backed 850°F rated, .30 conductivity, .043SI unit
Exhaust blower housing - aluminized steel housing and wheel
Evaporator impeller - inclined induced draft
Evaporator stack connection - 9” I.D. flanged
Blower motor - 1/4hp, 1ph, 1750rpm
Industrial burner - forced draft burner, flame safety, UL recognized
Wastewater transfer pump - air operated (1/2") pump float operated ball valve (optional)
Evaporator control panel - industrial duty NEMA4 rated enclosures
Wastewater level control - high/low level float microswitch assembly
Evaporator clean-out - 4” NPT clean out port at evaporator bottom
Evaporator skimming weir - drains through 2” port
Y-Section -- connection evaporates water vapor through inner stack, burner exhaust through outer stack
Blower Guard -- safety cage surrounds the blower, blower motor, drive belt, and evaporator stack
